Generation Kil

This HBO mini series covers a recon marine units advance from Kuwait to Baghdad. From dealing with the fear of chemical attacks by the Republican guard to struggling to identify insurgent rocket teams. The audience begins to see how decisions are made and why they are made at the higher level, while forcing their subordinates to follow through on these decisions which put them in danger. Refreshingly enough the authors of this series allow for the audience to develop their own opinions without unduly influencing the perspective and atmosphere given off by the filming.
